About Kate Yeowart

Strata Savvy was founded by Kate, following 23 years of experience in strata management across high-rise, commercial, retail, mixed-use, residential and estate properties. Throughout her career, she has also delivered industry training through the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and directly to managers, committees and project teams.

Kate is passionate about helping Owners Corporations meet regulatory compliance standards while supporting the needs of their communities and residents. With a background spanning strata, real estate, legal practice and credit management, she brings a practical, professional and solutions-focused approach to management, leadership and stakeholder relationships.
